Additional Costs
- Final cleaning: CHF 150.00 (mandatory)
- Bed linen and towels: CHF 20.00 per person (kitchen textiles included)
- Electricity included in normal consumption.
- Tourist tax (mandatory): CHF 3.50 per person per night, Children 6-16 CHF 1.75 per person per night
- Deposit: CHF 250.00 This amount will be refunded upon clean return and without damage.
Terms and Conditions
The chalet is used by a maximum of 6 people. Rental starts on Saturday with a check-in after 13:00 and check-out the following Saturday at 10:00. Upon signing/returning the rental contract, 50% is paid as a deposit unless otherwise agreed. The remaining amount is transferred no later than 3 weeks before arrival. At this time, guest cards will also be provided and emailed by us. Please leave the inventory as found. Leave the property broom clean and without damage.
Cancellation Fees
- 0% for cancellations longer than 13 weeks before arrival
- 25% for cancellations between 13 and 8 weeks before arrival
- 50% for cancellations between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival
- 75% for cancellations between 4 and 1 week before arrival
- 100% for cancellations within a week before arrival
